The oversized tee Cardio Is A Scam by Gymbros sums up in a single line what you think about the treadmill. Oversized loose fit, soft cotton and a high-durability print for training, going out or everyday.
You've spent years hearing that you have to run to stay healthy, while your body keeps asking for more weight on the bar and fewer miles on the treadmill.
Your oversized tee says it with no frills: white letters on a black background, clean typography and a direct message. "El cardio es una estafa" (cardio is a scam) comes with no drawings and no characters, just a printed opinion half the gym silently agrees with. Exaggerated? It's gym humor, and the goal is a smile.
What if someone gets offended? You explain with a grin that it's gym humor and challenge them to a leg-day set. The design is pure text, white on black, so it reads clearly from the far end of the rack, even in low light.
You step up to the rack in your oversized tee and someone shoots you a sideways look. You're already on your second leg set, with a PR in your head and the bulk in motion. Your partner fist-bumps you because they think the same. Made for those who never miss a gym day.
